Very friendly and affable staff, gave a lot of information. The room was new-fashioned and brand-new with modern bathroom fixtures, had very relaxing experience. We had a free and good breakfast, truly enjoyed the meal with industrial butter, marmelade and also chemical orange juice.

We stayed for one night during a trip along the west coast. We found the hotel staff to be very friendly and flexible. With the beach within a minutes walks from the hotel we enjoyed a relaxing swim after checking in at 9pm. It was very quiet during the night and we had a great nights sleep. We would return again at the drop of a sombrero!

The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and the pool is very clean. The hotel offers a super nice view of Manzanillo Bay. The rooms and common areas are nice and clean, with great sheets and towels. The front desk staff, especially Mr. Frances, are very helpful and everyone tries to please the guests. The hotel is in a good location, despite some city construction and road repair near the access point. The air conditioning is nice and the food at the buffet is good. The staff is friendly.
Felt welcomed into the family, no reason to complain.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I liked the spacious and modern rooms with comfortable beds. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was only a short drive from the bus station and within walking distance to downtown. One of the best aspects was the front row view of the huge commercial ships sailing in and out of the nearby harbor. It was fascinating to watch them from the hotel.
The water seemed dirty and the beach itself was crowded with campers. It had an industrial look due to its proximity to the ports.

The staff was very attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I was impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms, especially the modern bathroom fixtures. The rooms also offered a beautiful seaside view, which was a lovely bonus.

We had a great stay at Zar in Manzanillo. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially the English-speaking manager. Even though the air conditioning in our room wasn't working well, the location was convenient with easy access to the autobus transit stop and the downtown area. We appreciated the free parking and internet, and the security guard made us feel safe. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Manzanillo.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bustling harbor, providing a unique view of massive commercial ships. It is also close to the center of Manzanillo, making it easy to explore the city. There are several public beaches in the area for guests to enjoy.
The beach near the hotel has issues with cleanliness, as some visitors have been seen dumping garbage on the sand and in the water.

Free breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Conveniently located near the beach and downtown with plenty of local shops and restaurants. Best of all, the staff were friendly and helpful.
Room lacked basic amenities like drawers and a mini-bar. Despite being close to the beach, there was a sense of unease due to the small street and lack of security measures.
